  RULES & REGULATIONS    
       
  Naturally born females between the ages of 17 and 26 who are of Nigerian ancestry, or who are citizens of Nigeria may enter    
  the Miss Tourism Nigeria World Pageant. Contestants must be at least 17 years old by Coronation Night. However, all women    
  crowned queen must be at least 18 years old and under 26 by October 1st in the year that follows their coronation.    
  Candidates must be single, must not have children, nor have ever been pregnant or given birth. Minimum height    
  requirement is 5' 5" and maximum height requirement is 6' 2". Weight must be proportionate to height. Candidates must be    
  beautiful in face and figure, intelligent, and charming, while possessing poise, a pleasing character, and high moral    
  convictions.    
         
  The Miss Tourism Nigeria World Organization reserves the right to refuse an application or dismiss a contestant, using the   TIWTTER  
  Organization's codes and regulations as the basis for its decision.    
       
  Former winners of the Miss Tourism Nigeria World title are NOT eligible to compete again.    
       
  At-large delegates who do not win the Miss Tourism Nigeria World title may re-enter the Miss Tourism Nigeria World finals    
  each year. Prior placement or lack of placement, in the top 5 of the finals has no bearing. Winners of a preliminary pageant    
  are NOT eligible to re-compete in the SAME pageant. However, they may re-enter the national pageant as an at-large delegate    
  once they have fulfilled their contractual obligations as specified by the rules and regulations stipulated in the preliminary    
  pageant.    
       
  The Miss Tourism Nigeria World Pageant is open to all delegates regardless of title, affiliate ties, or pageant system, as long    
  as they meet the requirements of the Miss Tourism Nigeria World Pageant. If a titleholder wishes to compete in The Miss    
  Tourism Nigeria World Finals, said delegate may do so. It is understood said delegate has permission for use of title and    
  likeness from director or affiliate. Said title will be used for identification purposes on Miss Tourism Nigeria World Pageant    
  website and in The Miss Tourism Nigeria World Pageant program.    
       
  The Miss Tourism Nigeria World Organization Board of Directors shall determine all issues regarding eligibility. Entrant    
  agrees to abide by this determination both as to her and others. Entrant agrees to produce an original copy of her birth    
  certificate to verify age or gender upon request. The Miss Tourism Nigeria World Organization reserves the right to refuse    
  entry into the Miss Tourism Nigeria World Pageant to anyone for any reason.
